Learn MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) the gold standard in mindfulness training. MBSR is the most trusted, researched, and well established mindfulness program offered throughout the world. MBSR is an 8-week program designed to help you develop mindful practices to meet and manage stress, chronic pain, depression and anxiety.

YOGA

Blending 1500+ hours of yoga training into a unique, embodied, fusion approach to the yoga practice. Angie offers custom yoga workshops, retreats and events that nourish, inspire and challenge. She also mentors new yoga teachers to deeply embody their practice and guides you to craft your own unique teacher voice.

Integrative Wellness Coaching Programs

Angie can help you set goals that define your purpose and help you manage your lifestyle and career in wellness practices. Angie specializes in mindfulness for stress reduction, chronic pain management, anxiety and depression. Angie offers an eight-session coaching program (in-person or virtually) that you move at your pace through.
On average clients complete the program in 3-6 months.

Community Classes, Workshops & Retreats

Yoga is a Transformative Practice

All yoga classes currently offered virtually via zoom!  Angie co-owns Movementality Wellness & Yoga Studio (est. 2011) in Bowling Green, Ohio.  She has studied and teaches many styles of yoga and meditation including:  yin yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, mindfulness meditation and iRest Yoga Nidra. You are welcome to join any of the scheduled virtual classes, retreats or workshops described below.

Angie is also available for private yoga, MBSR sessions, iRest Yoga Nidra, pranayama, mindfulness and meditation classes both virtually and in-person.

July Online Yin Yoga & Meditation Class Package

Three Thursday evenings July 16, 23, & 30 // 5:30 - 7pm via zoom. Sign up for all three, or register for a single session.
Online yoga classes do not limit our ability to practice with complete heartfulness.
I warmly welcome you to join us for this nourishing, simple yet challenging and mindful practice.  Yin Yoga is a practice that focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue of the body through a slow moving, intentional practice. We hold floor based postures for extended periods of time to impact the deeper tissues in the body .This practice cultivates focus, attention, interest and a deep sense of wisdom as you tap into the body and mind and allow stillness to expand and contract.
No previous experience necessary.  Please contact me with any questions. $30 for all three classes. No refunds.
