YOGA

Blending 1500+ hours of yoga training into a unique, embodied, fusion approach to the yoga practice. Angie offers custom yoga workshops, retreats and events that nourish, inspire and challenge. She also mentors new yoga teachers to deeply embody their practice and guides you to craft your own unique teacher voice.

Integrative Wellness Coaching Programs

Angie can help you set goals that define your purpose and help you manage your lifestyle and career in wellness practices. Angie specializes in mindfulness for stress reduction, chronic pain management, anxiety and depression. Angie offers an eight-session coaching program (in-person or virtually) that you move at your pace through.
On average clients complete the program in 3-6 months.

Community Classes, Workshops & Retreats

Yoga is a Transformative Practice

Angie co-owns Movementality Wellness & Yoga Studio (est. 2011) in Bowling Green, Ohio.  She has studied and teaches many styles of yoga and meditation including:  yin yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness meditation and iRest Yoga Nidra. You are welcome to join any of the scheduled classes, retreats or workshops described below.

Angie is also available for private yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, pranayama, mindfulness and meditation classes both virtually and in-person.

Location: ONLINE (we will be live and Angie on camera)

You will be guided through the following practices during our time together.

  • guided meditation
  • gentle movement (yoga)
  • mindfulness sound meditation
  • guided body scan (yoga nidra)

Angie will provide you with the following for the class together.

  • links to music playlist you can stream while we practice
  • the written sequence of the gentle yoga movements
  • copies of readings
  • participants that paid will also receive the recording for replay

Things you might like to collect and consider to prepare for class.

  • Using a laptop is best but you can also use an iPad, or smart device that has both the internet and a camera.
  • You may want to use stereo speakers for improved sound quality.
  • Setting up in a relatively quiet, warm, undisturbed, comfortable space that you can move about from standing to seated to reclined.
  • Equipment for the practice can vary person to person. Things that are suggested; a yoga mat or a large beach towel, a chair or pillow to sit on, several blankets.

No previous experience necessary.
