Breathwork can be deep and intense work, offering radical acceptance, and an effective practice to support healing. Angie is a Certified Breathwork facilitator.

MBSR is a research-based and well-established mindfulness program offered throughout the world. MBSR is an 8-week program designed to help you develop mindful practices to meet and manage stress, chronic pain, and other life challenges.
Angie blends yoga, mindful movement, qigong, somatic release, and breathwork into a unique + embodied approach to class and private sessions. Angie offers custom yoga workshops, retreats, and events. She is the founder + owner of Wildlight Wellness in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Angie is available to work together in person, will travel, and meets individuals + groups online.
